Hi, I’m Tracy, owner of Sparkling Strands. I started Sparkling Strands because I believe a little bit of shimmer can add a little happiness to life. Based in the Palmetto and Parrish area, I travel throughout Bradenton for pop-up events and private parties. I love getting to know my clients and making each appointment feel personal, not rushed.
